摘要
介绍了1种生产钾盐的组合式设备,该设备由2个原矿仓及上料系统、2个磨矿分级系统、浮选系统、药剂制备系统、精矿浓密及分离系统、粗钾过滤及洗涤系统和干燥包装系统组成;2个原矿仓及上料系统与2个磨矿分级系统一一对应相连接;浮选系统分别与原矿仓及上料系统、磨矿分级系统、药剂制备系统、精矿浓密及分离系统、粗钾过滤及洗涤系统相连;干燥包装系统分别与精矿浓密及分离系统、粗钾过滤及洗涤系统相连。投入应用后,有效地提高了资源利用率,降低了副产品和废液的排放量,同时提高了原料种类和品位的适应性。
Introduced a combined equipment for potassium production,which was consisted of two primary bins and feeding system,two grinding classification system,flotation system,pharmaceutical preparation system,concentrate dense and separation system,crude potassium filtering and washing system and dry packaging systems;Two primary bins and feeding system were corresponding to connect to two grinding classification system one to one;Flotation system were respectively to connect primary bins and feeding system,grinding classification system,pharmaceutical preparation system,concentrate dense and separation system,crude potassium filtering and washing system;Dry packaging systems were respectively to connect concentrate dense and separation system,crude potassium filtering and washing system.The combined equipment effectively improved the resource utilization rate;reduced the by-products and waste discharge,while at the same time improved the adaptability of raw material type and grade after put into application.
