摘要 为提高YJKK紧凑型高压三相异步电动机的冷却效果,改进了电机的内风扇,采用半径向叶片风扇。通过理论估算电机实际工作所需的风压和风量,给出了半径向叶片风扇的设计方案。实例计算结果表明:相对于原设计,改进后的风扇在额定工作点时所提供的风量增大,可有效降低电机温升。同时,风扇的改进既不增加成本也不改变安装尺寸,是一种提高YJKK系列电动机冷却效果的有效方法。 In order to improve the cooling effect of YJKK series compact high-voltage three-phase induction motors, the fan with half-radial direction blades was adopted to improve internal fan of the motor. Through theoretically estimating the volume flow rate and pressure of motor required in actual work, this paper gives the design scheme of fan with half-radial direction blades. The calculated results show that air flow at the rated point of the improved fan is larger than that of original fan. This kind of fan can effectively reduce temperature rise of the motor. At the same time, the improvement of the fan neither increases cost nor changes installation size. It is an effective way to improve cooling effect of YJKK series motors.
