基于Ansys的三相永磁无刷直流电机设计

Design and Test for Three-phase Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motor Based on Ansys

摘要 根据Maxwell 2D有限元分析软件设计的一款150W 8p 600r/min的三相永磁无刷直流电机,论述了这种三相永磁无刷直流电机主要尺寸的确定、永磁材料的选取和计算方法,对其静态和动态性能进行分析,试制了样机;最后通过样机试验验证仿真结果的各项性能指标,误差在6%以内,验证了仿真设计的合理性和准确性。 Based on design of a three-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor of 150W,8-poles,600r/min with finite element analysis software of Maxwell 2D, this paper discusses the determination of main dimension, choice and calculation methods of permanent magnet materials. The static and dynamic states performances were analyzed and the model motor was test. At last, each performance index of simulation result was verified by the test of model motor. The errors are less than 6%, which confirms the feasible and accuracy of the simulation design.
