摘要
针对安全壳内大气监测系统(ETY)在核反应堆中的功能,提出了ETY风机的两种设计方案:一种方案采用屏蔽式电动机,电动机定子内径有不锈钢屏蔽套保护绕组不受腐蚀;另一种方案采用三相异步电动机外罩密封腔,电动机轴中心有泄压孔以保证润滑脂不流失,绕组绝缘材料具有耐酸碱腐蚀能力。
In this paper, two design schemes of ETY fan are proposed according to the function of atmospheric monitoring system inside safety shell of the nuclear reactor. One scheme adopts the canned motor, the internal surface of stator adopt stainless steel canned sleeve to protect the winding from corrosion. The other adopts three-phase induction motor with cover, a discharge hole in shaft center of the motor could guarantee the grease from losing, and insulation material of the winding has abilities of acid and alkali corrosion resistance.
