摘要
定、转子槽配合选择不当,会引起电机附加损耗增加和电机内风路不畅,从而导致电机温升过高。从实例进行分析定转子槽配合对高压鼠笼型异步电动机的温升及效率的影响,提出解决问题的方法,并推出优选少槽配合方案。
The improper selection of slot combination of stator and rotor could lead to the increase of additional losses and poor wind path, then lead to over high temperature rise. With a practical example, this paper analyzes the influence of temperature rise on slot-combination of stator and rotor and efficiency of high-voltage squirrel-cage induction motor, propose the way to solve the problem, and recommend fewer slot-combination scheme.
