摘要
研究了聚乙二醇(PEG)浸泡后,甜菜种子芽率、种子活力及生理生化的变化,对PEG浸种的最佳浓度和时间进行筛选。结果表明,PEG有助于提高甜菜种子活力和能缩短出苗时间,显著提高种子简化活力指数,以10%和20%浓度PEG浸种效果较好。处理后的种子浸泡液的电导率大幅度下降。低温培养下,适宜浓度PEG处理后甜菜幼苗的电解质外渗率(Electrolyte leakage rate,ELR)和丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照有所下降。
The sugarbeet seed soaking polyethylene glycol (PEG) was tested to determine the physiological and biochemical changes of germination and seed vigor, and to screen optimal concentrations and time of PEG seed treatments. The results showed that PEG can improve the germination rate, simplified vigor index and vigor of sugarbeet seed, or shorten the emergence time. The good result was under concentration at 10% and 20% PEG for treating seeds 12 h. After processing of seed soaking liquid conductivity sharply fall. Under low temperature, electrolyte exosmosis rate and MDA content of seedling decreased (lower than the control) under appropriate concentration of PEG.
