综合干预对心血管疾病防治的效果探究

Explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on cardiovascular disease prevention treatment

目的:探讨综合干预对心血管疾病防治的效果。方法:随机选取心血管专科门诊就诊的无症状高危心血管疾病患者作为研究对象。将100例患者按照自愿原则分为观察组和对照组,每组50例患者,对于对照组患者仅给予普通的治疗以及相关观察,对于观察组患者,进行综合干预治疗,主要包括对患者的生活方式、饮食习惯、运动量、心理以及药物使用等进行综合干预。然后观察各种危险因素的变化情况如吸烟率、摄盐量、体重指数等以及血脂、血压的变化情况。结果:综合干预后,患者的吸烟率明显降低,摄盐喜淡者人数明显增加以及体重指数正常者明显增加,TC、LDL-C、TG下降幅度分别为17.68%、35.46%、9.04%,收缩压平均值以及舒张压均平均值分下降了5.6 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa)和5.85 mm Hg,全部优于对照组。结论:综合干预能够对心血管疾病进行有效的控制,减少心血管事件的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on cardiovascular disease prevention treatment. Methods - Random select 100 cardiovascular disease patients, who were cured in our hospital and bad bee given comprehensive intervention treatment, as the objects of the study during January 2011 to July 2012 period. Divide the 100 patients into two groups （observation group and control group）, every group had 50 patients. For the patients of control group, only gave common treatment and corresponding observation, for the patients of observation patients, comprehensive intervention treatment, which mainly included life style, dietary habit, the amount of exercise, psychology and medication use, had bee used. And then observe the changes of all kinds of risk factors such as smoking rate, perturbation salt and body mass index and so on, the changes of blood pressure and blood fat also had been observed. Results After com- prehensive intervention, the smoking rate of patients decreased obviously, the number of patients who preferred light taste and normal body mass index increased obviously, the amplitude of drop of TC, LDC - C and TG were 17.68%, 35.46% , 9. 04% respectively, the mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure dropped 5.6mmHg and 5.85mmHg respectively, all of these were superior to control group. Conclusion Comprehensive intervention treatment can control the cardiovascular disease effectively, thus reducing the happen of cardiovascular events.
