静脉留置针不同固定方法的临床应用效果研究

Clinical application effective research of different fixation methods of intravenous catheter

目的:探讨静脉留置针不同固定方法的临床效果和安全性。方法:采用随机分层抽样的方法抽取本地区三家中心医院的患者,根据不同的分层标准随机分为保护膜开窗组、网状弹力帽组、自黏弹性绑带组、非自黏弹力绑带组和传统无菌透明贴固定组,观察各组的效果。结果:网状弹力帽组、自黏弹性绑带组和非自黏弹力绑带组的留置时间显著长于其余两组,脱管的发生情况显著较低(P<0.05);保护膜开窗组患者渗漏肿胀发生率以及感染和静脉炎的发生率显著低于其余组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉留置针几种固定方法各具优势,临床应根据患者的自身特点选择最佳的固定方式以降低并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and securities of different fixation Methods of intravenous catheter. Methods Patients from 3 central hospitals in our district were selected and divided into 5 groups as protective Trim window group, mesh stretch cap group, selfviscoelastic belt group, un -selfviscoelastic belt group and traditional transparent stick group respectively. The effects of the groups were observed. Results The indwen;ng time of mesh stretch cap group, selfviscoelastic belt group and un -selfviscoelastic belt group were longer than other two groups and the incidence of prolapse were lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of leakage swelling and infection and phlebitis of protective film window group were lower than other groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Different fixation methods of intravenous catheter have respective advantages. The applications should be on the base of the characteristics of patients to reduce the complications and suffering of patients.
