推行家庭医生团队服务模式是国家新医改的重要内容。目前国内各省市正在不断完善城市社区的卫生服务体系,而在此基础上积极探索和完善家庭医生团队服务制度,引起了公众的注意,并产生了积极反响。本研究总结了国内外家庭医生团队服务模式的经验,找出我国家庭医生团队服务模式存在的问题,在深圳市宝安区进行试点研究,探索适合深圳社区卫生服务发展特色的家庭医生团队服务模式,为社区居民提供全面、安全、有效的基本医疗卫生服务。

Objective The implementation of family doctors team service mode is an important part of the statet new medical reform. Domestic provinces and cities are constantly improve the urban community health service system, and on this basis to actively explore and improve the team of family doctor services system, attracted the attention of the public, and generate a positive response. This topic sum- marizes the experience of team service model for domestic and international family doctor to find out the problems in our family doctor team service model, a pilot study in Baohn District, Shenzhen, explore family doctor team service mode suitable for the Shenzhen community health service development characteristics, provide comprehensive, safe, and effective basic health services for community residents.
