摘要
企业慈善的社会意义、政治意义远远超过其经济意义。从中美企业慈善文化比较的角度,可以更好地分析中美企业慈善文化的差异及其各自的形成原因,并进而构建中国企业慈善文化的发展框架。鉴于中国企业慈善文化尚处于初级阶段的特点,目前需要着重做好以下几个方面的工作:加强企业慈善运营管理和制度化建设,完善竞争环境下的企业慈善战略,注重企业慈善文化的激励功能,引进企业法人公民文化,营造企业慈善文化氛围。
