摘要
文章针对汽车拆解回收方案设计困难、周期长及效率低等难题,运用粗糙集理论提出了一种汽车典型零部件拆解知识重用方法,对拆解知识重用的关键技术进行了研究。首先阐述了汽车拆解知识,确定了拆解回收工艺的特征属性;根据粗糙集理论将拆解回收特征属性进行了离散和约简处理,计算了拆解工艺各特征属性的权重值;给出了相似实例的检索机制及实例之间的相似度计算方法,以某款车内外饰为例,验证了该方法的实用性。
The design of automotive disassembly and recycling program is very difficult, and its implementation cycle is long and the efficiency is low. For these problems, a knowledge reuse method of automotive typical parts disassembly and recycling is put forward by applying rough set theory, and the key technology of knowledge reuse is researched. The knowledge of automotive disassembly and recycling is expounded, and the characteristics of disassembly process are determined. The discrete algorithm and reduction processing of the characteristics of disassembly process is conducted based on rough set theory, and the feature attribute weights of disassembly process are calculated. The retrieval mechanism and similarity calculation method between similar cases are given. By taking the interior and exterior decoration of a car as an example, the practicability of this method is verified.
