摘要
多发伤诊治中临床漏诊常见,确定性处理延后,由此引发的医疗纠纷时有所见。本文回顾分析1例导致医疗纠纷的交通事故致多发伤的死亡患者诊治经过,阐述多发伤院前和院内诊治中应遵循的策略和技术。遵循循证医学证据,改进多发伤伤情评估和救治措施,是提高多发伤救治的时效性,降低并发症发生率和病死率的关键。
Missed diagnosis is common in diagnosis and treatment of multiple injury in clinical practice,which may result in delayed treatment and even medical dispute.By reviewing the diagnosis and treatment of a patient who died from multiple injuries caused by traffic accident,this paper discussed the appropriate strategy and technique for patients with multiple injuries during the pre-hospital and intra-hospital rescue process.The key for reducing incidence rate of complications and improving therapy chronergy of multiple injuries should follow evidence-based medical proof,and improve the evaluation and treatment methods of multiple injuries.
