营养干预对合并糖尿病的宫颈癌术后化疗患者的影响

摘要 目的:探讨营养干预对合并糖尿病的宫颈癌术后化疗患者的影响。方法:将40例宫颈癌手术后化疗患者随机分为观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。两组患者在接受临床治疗的同时,对照组只给予简单的饮食指导,患者自由进食,而观察组则给予营养干预。观察两组患者各项营养指标、血糖和人体测量指标的变化并进行比较。结果:营养干预后,对照组虽然摄入的营养素和热量增加,但血糖控制平稳,观察组患者的营养指标总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(HGb)差异有显著性意义(P均<0.05)。结论:营养干预有利于合并糖尿病的宫颈癌术后化疗患者的血糖控制,能有效改善其营养状况,提高其生活质量和对化疗的耐受性。 Objective.To explore the effects of nutrition interventions to chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer combined diabetes after surgery. Methods: 40 cases with chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer combined diabetes after surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=20) and control group(n=20). Both groups were given clinical treatment. During the clinical treatment, given simple dietary guidance, cases of control group fed themselves by their own wish while cases of observation group were given nutrition interventions. Blood sugar level and anthropomet- fie nutrition indicators have been detected and have been compared. Results: After nutrition interventions, observation group took in more protein and caloric but their blood sugar level is stable. Levels of TP, ALB, PA, HGb and TLC were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Nutrition interventions are propitious to control blood sugar level for chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer combined diabetes after surgery, as well as improving their nutrition condition,life quality and tolerance to chemotherapy.
