We are discussing the application of ＂turbidity-toxin＂ theory to chronic renal failure through fully illustrating the patho .genesis and biological foundation of ＂turbidity-toxin＂ theory in chronic renal failure, which suggests that the theory could directly guide clinical treatment and fundamental research of chronic renal failure, therefore, to improve the prognosis of the patients directly and delay the progress of the diseases.
