摘要
为了实现新型线锯的缠绕制造工艺,在介绍TRIZ理论主要原理及方法的基础上,运用该技术创新理论对传统缠绕设备进行了分析。通过对传统缠绕设备主要问题的描述,分析其存在的技术冲突并将实际问题中需要解决的技术参数转换为一般化标准问题的两项工程参数,利用矛盾矩阵找到了解决冲突且可行的动态性原理和中介物原理,提出了新型线锯缠绕设备整机的总体设计方案及其工作原理。结果表明,TRIZ理论成功地实现了新型线锯缠绕设备的创新设计,能够有效地指导产品的设计开发。
In order to achieve the new wire-saw manufacturing process of winding,the principle and methods of TRIZ theory are introduced.Then the traditional winding equipment is analyzed using the technology innovation theory,and the technical contradiction is proposed.Then the technical parameters in the practical problem are converted to two engineering parameters in the TRIZ generalized standard problem.The feasible principles,so-called motion and mediator principle,which can solve the contradiction also are found by us ing conflict matrix.Then innovative design of the winding equipment is done and a general design and working principle of new wire-saw winding equipment are put forward based on TRIZ theory.It is found that the TRIZ theory is effective for innovative design.
