摘要
针对井下高温高压极端环境,针对建立了随钻压力测量装置端面密封的有限元模型和数学模型,通过施加井下工况边界条件,在不同压缩率下对端面密封圈进行了仿真分析与数值计算,得到了主密封面处密封应力的变化规律、油膜分布规律和泄漏量的变化特征,并与相关的经验公式的计算结果进行了对比,能够较好的与其吻合,为测量装置的密封设计提供了依据。
According to the extreme environment underground,FE and mathematical models were built for the mechanical seal in LWD devices.Boundary conditions which were consistent with the environment underground were adopted.The FE simulation and the numerical calculation were both operated on the seal with different compression rates.The variation regularity of the sealing stress on the main sealing face,the distribution of the oil thickness and the characteristic of the leakage rate were obtained.And then,the results were compared with those which were obtained through empirical formulas.A good agreement could be found.The results would supply useful references for designing the seal of LWD devices.
