摘要
在分析相关文献的基础上,探讨了基于低碳制造的机械加工工艺规划体系,为实现机械加工过程中缩短加工时间、降低制造成本、提升生产质量、提升资源效率和减少环境污染的目标,设计了基于低碳制造的机械加工工艺方案的评价指标体系。并运用TOPSIS方法,构建基于低碳制造的机械加工工艺方案的评价模型,综合评价备选的低碳制造产品的工艺方案,以获得最优低碳产品制造工艺。最后,通过制造企业实际案例,综合评估了低碳制造的工艺方案,验证评价模型的可行性。
On the basis of analyzing related literatures,it introduces machinery manufacturing system based on low carbon manufacturing,designing an evaluation index system of low carbon manufacturing to shorten processing time,and reduces manufacturing costs,promotes the production quality,enhances resources efficiency and reduces environment pollution in the mechanical processing.Using TOPSIS method to build an evaluation model to evaluate the low carbon manufacturing product to choose the optimal low carbon manufacturing process.Finally,an example is used to verity the feasibility and practicality of the evaluation model.
