薄膜流涎机边料移除装置的数值模拟与优化 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现薄膜流涎机边料在线回收系统高效的吸取边料,应用FLUENT软件对边料移除装置进行了数值模拟,分析了边料移除装置文丘里喷管的收缩段锥度、收缩段长度、喉管长径比、扩大段长度对管中最大负压的影响;比较了不同形状的边料入口和不同尺寸的入口管径所获得的边料吸取效果,得出了边料移除装置各个结构尺寸的较优组合。结果表明,该研究可以为薄膜流涎机边料在线回收系统中边料移除装置结构的合理设计、参数的优化提供指导。 In order to realize the high efficiency recovery of scrap from cast film machine.The numerical simulation of the scrap remove system were implemented by applying FLUENT software;the effects of Venturi structure parameters such as throat taper,taper length,throat length-diameter ratio and expander length on its max negative pressure were analyzed;and the effects of different shapes of edge material entrance and different entry pipe diameter on absorbing performance were compared.At last,the optimal combination of the scrap remove system structure parameters were obtained.The results show that this study can provide guidance for optimizing the structure and parameters of scrap remove system.
