磁场下电沉积镍晶微铸件表面形貌与织构研究 被引量:9

摘要 磁场作用下电沉积制备镍晶微铸件,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射图谱(XRD)分析了电流密度和磁场强度对镍晶微铸件的表面形貌及组织结构的影响。结果表明:随着电流密度的增加,镍晶微铸件电铸层的织构取向发生变化,由(111)方向变为(200)方向,微铸件的表面晶粒呈现出先减小后增大的规律。随着磁场强度的增加,镍晶微铸件电铸层(200)晶面织构得到抑制,(111)晶面织构得到加强,微铸件的表面晶粒随着磁场强度的增加得到持续细化。 The micro-casting was electroplated under magnetic field.It was revealed by using SEM and XRD that the texture and surface morphology of the micro-casting was determined by the current density and the magnetic field.The results show that: with the current density increasing,the size of crystal grain decreases firstly but increases later and as the increase of the magnetic field,the size of crystal grain becomes maller and more uniform.Besides,the current density and the magnetic field have a great impact on the texture of castings.As the increase of the current density,the texture orientation changes from(111)to(200).At the same time,as the increase of the magnetic field,the(200)orientation of the out-of-plane is suppressed and the(111)orientation is enhanced obviously.
