摘要
目前,国外先进吊舱都采用了电视、激光和红外等三个通道共用前端光学系统的方案,即所谓"三光共轴"光电吊舱,其中电视、激光和红外三波段减反膜技术是此类光电吊舱的关键技术之一。首先对国外典型的"三光共轴"光电吊舱及相关专利进行了分析,在此基础上给出了满足"三光共轴"光电吊舱要求的光学材料,以及电视、激光和红外三波段减反膜的技术要求。其次,介绍了国内外多波段减反膜技术的研究状况。最后,介绍了昆明物理研究所近年来在电视、激光和红外三波段减反膜技术方面的进展。
At present, the advanced O-E pods in west countries which include television, laser and mid-wave infrared multi-channel imaging system share the front optical system, such as windows & objectives. Multi-band antireflection coatings technique simultaneously effective in visible region for television, laser wavelength for ranging and MWIR region for thermal imager is one of the key technologies for such 0ods. In this paper, the typical multi-channel pods and related patents in west countries are introduced. Based on above both the optical materials transparent in television, laser and MWIR and their spectral characteristics are presented, also including development of multi-band AR coatings. Finally, the latest developments of multi-band AR coatings in Kunming Institute of Physics have been given.
