摘要
对离心铸造MC尼龙管道在生产过程中的工艺原理进行研究,设计了一套自动脱模装置,主要针对自动脱模机械手的功能和结构进行了设计,并对其脱模过程中的脱模力进行了理论分析和计算。同时,利用有限元分析技术,对MC尼龙管道在机械手夹持下脱模时产生的应力、应变进行了分析,其结果表明,机械手对管道施加的脱模力不会引起管道的变形,从而验证了该装置机械手设计方案的可行性,而且该套脱模装置可以适用于不同管径的管道,同时还可以实现自动化。
On the research of principle of centrifugal casting MC nylon pipes in the production process,a set of automatic demoulding devicedesign was designed,which is mainly for function and structure of the automatic demoulding mechanical hand.The release force in release process was analyzed and calculated theoretically.In addition,using finite element analysis technology,stripping and stress in the mechanical arm gripping on MC nylon pipes was analyzed.The results show that,ejection force applied by mechanical hand on pipeline does not cause the deformation of the pipeline,thus can verifiy the feasibility of the design of mechanical hand device.The demoulding device not only be suitable for different diameter pipeline,but also can realize the automation.
