摘要
指在基于供应链环境下为企业选择最佳的供应商组合。首先企业实际情况,选取适当的评价指标,并采用层次分析法对各供应商进行综合评价打分,再用遗传算法优化排序,得到几组最佳供应商组合。然后根据供应商反馈的折扣信息,重新对供应商进行评价打分、组合排序,最后为企业选择最佳的供应商组合,同时还可以关注潜在最佳组合。该方法在符合企业发展战略的基础上,不仅为企业节约了采购成本和运输成本,而且更符合实际情况中企业对供应商的选择。
It was aimed at selecting the best supplier portfolio for enterprises based on supply chain environment.Firstly,it selected the appropriate evaluation and evaluated comprehensively all suppliers,then used genetic algorithm to optimize the sorting,and made full use of feedback discount suppliers offered to reevaluate and resort suppliers,at the end selected the best supplier combination for enterprises.At the same time potential optimal combination can be concerned about.In accordance with the enterprise development strategy,it saved procurement and transportation costs,more in line with the actual situation in the selection of suppliers.
