摘要
基于三维实体造型软件Pro/E对发动机连杆部件进行计算机辅助设计的二次开发。在Window XP操作系统平台上,借助Visual Studio 2008语言开发环境,以及UI可视化对话框技术,利用Pro/E的二次开发工具Pro/TOOLKIT及其相关接口函数,对发动机连杆部件进行可视化Pro/E Wildfire 5.0系统开发。发动机连杆部件的设计子菜单被嵌入在Pro/E的主菜单中,针对连杆部件的设计实例,软件通过连杆部件相关子菜单弹出的UI对话框设计界面,在UI对话框中输入发动机连杆部件的设计参数并自动生成连杆体、衬套和轴瓦等连杆部件的三维造型。
The computer-aided design software of engine connecting rod was developed based on Pro/E.The system was designed based on Visual Studio 2008 platform and Windows XP operating system.UI framework was used to develop user interface.Finally,development of the design system for engine connecting rod was finished based on Pro/TOOLKIT of the Pro/E Wildfire version 5.0 which encapsulated a lot of API function interfaces.The computer-aided design of engine connecting rod was built into Pro/E main menu as engine connecting rod submenu item.The relevant submenus were developed to automatically model three-dimensional components of engine connecting rod,such as connecting rod body,bush and bearing.
