液压冲击器配流阀内部流场的数值模拟与分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用AutoCAD和CATIA软件分别建立了冲击器管道和换向阀的几何模型;然后利用前处理软件GAMBIT进行网格的划分。应用CFD分析软件FLUENT,运用有限元方法分别对滑阀式换向阀的二维和三维模型的流场进行了数值模拟。并将计算结果以图像的形式给出,在此基础上定性分析了流体速度、流线、漩涡与能量损失的关系,为指导改进换向阀内部结构提出了参考。由于二维模型的简化使二维流场在定量分析上与实际存在着较大的误差,在定性分析上与实际基本吻合,有一定的参考价值,而三维流场无论在定量还是定性分析上都具有一定的指导意义。 It established the geometry model of the impactor’s pipe and the shuttle valve by using the software of AutoCAD and CATIA;then used the processing software GAMBIT to have a grid.By using the FLUENT software which was belonged to the CFD analysis software,the flow field in two-dimensional and three-dimensional model of the slide reversing valve was simulatedby using the Finite-Element method.And the computing results were given in the form of visualized pictures,based on these results,the relations between the fluid velocity,streamline,vortex and fluid energy loss were analyzed,and guided to make internal structure of the valve better.The simplified two-dimensional model makes it a large error between a quantitative analysis of the flow field and the reality.There is a certain reference value in the qualitative analysis,while the analysis of three-dimensional flow field has some guiding significance,no matter in terms of quantitative or qualitative aspect.
