摘要 以国内某厂轧钢用减速机过桥齿轮表面失效剥落为研究对象,对其过桥齿轮剥落发生的机理进行分析和研究,在实测其内在品质和承载能力的同时结合仿真分析,得出该减速机齿轮失效是由于材料热处理不符合要求及啮合偏载和超载使用的综合诱因造成的,齿轮的剥落失效除了要考虑齿轮本身热处理决定的内在品质和设计加工决定的制造误差安装误差外还需考虑外部动载荷对其的影响。通过以上分析对该减速机过桥齿轮提出了相应的改进措施,取得较好效果。为齿轮系统剥落失效控制提供相关依据和指导,具有实用价值。 It discussed a spalling gear reducer that damaged in a domestic steel factory.Combined with the simulation analysis and examined its internal quality and carrying capacity,the conclusion is drawn that this reducer gear failure is due to materials that do not comply with heat treatment,mesh slanting load and overloading.Gear peeling failure besides considering the internal quality decided by heat treatment of gear itself and manufacture error and installation error by design process,must also takes into account the influence of external dynamic load.Based on theory analysis,putting forward the corresponding improvement measures,the repaired gear reducer proves run well.It take a guidance and practical value for gear failure relevant spalling control.
