摘要
在Pro/E平台建立了3L系列罗茨鼓风机转子的参数化实体模型,并根据转子横截面积,方便、快捷地计算出转子面积利用率系数。依据此模型,利用CFD技术和Fluent软件对3L33型罗茨鼓风机内部流场进行可压缩非稳态流动的数值模拟,运用动网格技术较为精确地得到了罗茨鼓风机内部的压力场、流速场及进气口质量流量分布图,真实地反映了叶轮旋转过程中风机内部气流的复杂流动。将理论计算与实际情况相结合,总结得出风机性能指标的变化规律,为罗茨鼓风机的性能预测与降噪设计提供参考。
The parameterized rotor models of 3L series roots blower were built on the platform of Pro/E,and the area utilization coefficient was calculated easily according to the rotor cross-section.Based on these models,the numerical simulation of interior flow field of 3L33 type roots blower under the compressible and unsteady condition was received by CFD technology and Fluent software,and the distribution map of static pressure,flow field and inlet mass flow were obtained by the dynamic mesh technique,which reflected the complicated flow faithfully in the rotating process.The law of blower performance was also achieved by combining theoretical calculation with actual situation,which provided a reference for the performance prediction and reducing noise design of Roots blowers.
