摘要
采用检测分析技术来解决超期服役压力容器的继续使用问题,在节能环保,安全生产等方面有着重要意义。通过无损检测和理化测试,如X射线检测、超声波检测、金相检验、硬度测试和强度校核、耐压验证等方法,对一台超期移动式压力容器—液氯铁路槽罐进行了测试和分析。确定这台槽罐在使用过程中是否产生了材料劣化、焊缝缺陷等,并确定已有的强度储备,得出可以继续使用的结论。
It is important and significant to solve the continued use of the extended service pressure vessels through detection analysis technology in terms of energy saving,environmental protection and safety production.Through the nondestructive testing and physical and chemical tests,such as X-ray detection,ultrasonic testing,metallographic examination,hardness testing and strength check,pressure test methods,an extended transportable pressure vessel liquid chlorine railway tank was tested and analyzed.This tank was determined in the use of the process,whether or not producing a material deterioration,weld defects etc.,and was determined the existing strength reserve,and drawn a conclusion that it can be used continuously.
