摘要 简要分析了螺旋推力对螺旋螺带式震源药柱装药机装药效率的影响,根据装药机装药原理,提出了二次螺旋推进观点,建立了动力学模型,并选取螺旋结构、螺旋桨叶转速、物料密度及其粘度性能等与装药效率相关的因素进行描述,并对螺旋推力的表达式进行简要分析。通过装药试验研究,优化了装药机工作时相关工艺参数,同时也验证了在一定的优化条件和工艺参数下,装药效率会有最佳值:单发震源药柱(2kg)所需装药时间均值为27.4s。研究结果揭示了螺旋推力和装药效率的关系,完善和发展了二次螺旋推进在装药机结构设计中的应用,提高了单套设备的装药效率,为民爆行业相关企业带来丰厚的利润,具有重要的意义。 The effect of spiral thrust on hypocenter explosive column charging efficiency is briefly analyzed here.According to the loading principle of charging machine,the point of quadratic spiral propulsion is put forward.With the description of the correlative factors about the loading efficiency,such as the selection of spiral structure,the blades of the propeller speed,density and viscosity of the material properties and so on,the kinetic model is established and the spiral thrust expression is briefly analyzed.Through the loading test research,the best charging efficiency is got under certain conditions and parameters: the average loading time is 27.4 seconds of the single hypocenter explosive column(2kg).It reveals the relationship about the spiral thrust and charging efficiency,develops the application of the quadratic spiral propulsion in the charging machine's structure design,and improves the charging efficiency,which has important significance.
