摘要
轿车用空调温度风门控制器机构具有结构紧凑、传动平稳、噪声低的特点,机构运用蜗杆斜齿轮啮合设计提高了整体结构的性能。风门控制器三维模型应用自上而下的参数化设计方法,通过Solidworks建立车用空调温度风门控制器蜗杆斜齿轮传动机构、直齿轮传动机构的三维模型,并对装配模型进行了装配及干涉分析,所得最终模型满足设计要求。模型可为该类型产品的后续运动分析和结构分析提供方便。同时,为车用空调温度风门控制器的设计提供了一种较为简易的方法。
Vehicle air conditioning temperature throttle controller has compact structure,smooth transmission and low noise characteristic,and this mechanism uses the worm helical gear meshing designed to increase the performance of the whole structure.It uses top-down parametric design method,to establish 3D models of worm helical gear transmission mechanism and gear transmission mechanism of vehicle air conditioning temperature throttle controller in Solidworks,and conducts interference analysis to the assembly model,and the final model meets the design requirements.The model can provide convenience for the movement analysis and structure analysis.At the same time,it provides a relatively simple method for vehicle air conditioning temperature throttle controller design.
