摘要
虚拟实验在教学、科研和生产等领域应用广泛。为解决虚拟实验中应用最广的Virtools平台在工程实验数据处理和实验视景逼真程度方面的功能不足的问题,就某液力变矩器的虚拟实验课题,提出了综合利用Virtools自带的BB(Building Blocks)模块以及VSL(Virtools Scripting Language)编程实现底层开发技术在液力变矩器虚拟实验中的应用方法,开发了满足工程虚拟试验需求的液力变矩器虚拟实验系统并得到了实际应用。应用结果表明,该方法可充分满足复杂虚拟实验系统的开发要求,对Virtools在工程虚拟实验技术的拓展进行了一定程度的深入探索。
The virtual experiment is widely used in the field of teaching,research and production.In order to solve the problem of insufficient function of Virtools platform using in engineering data processing and experimental view realistic,a new application method of programming by combining Virtools basic developing technology with Virtools original behavior modules is proposed on the studying of virtual experimental subject for a hydraulic torque converter.A virtual experiment system of hydraulic torque converter meeting engineering virtual experimental requirements is developed and obtained in a practical application.Application shows that the method can fully meet the development requirements of complex virtual experimental system,and make a certain deep exploration of the application of Virtools platform using in engineering virtual experimental technologies.
