摘要
虚拟装配是机械与制造行业新的重要研究方向,国内车辆行业在虚拟装配整体和集成方面的研究还处于起步阶段。从工程和总体的角度搭建了车辆传动系统虚拟装配平台的系统结构,简要分析了系统各功能层次的作用及特点,分析了采用桌面式和沉浸式VR系统集成模式的必要性和可行性,并建立了基于该混合模式的虚拟装配平台。基于该平台建立了视景仿真环境,并提出了新的车辆结构设计虚拟预装配、传动系统性能虚拟试验的研究方法。该系统在试验研究中进行了应用,且效果良好。
Virtual assembly is a new important research direction of mechanical and manufacturing industry.Domestic vehicle industry is still in its infancy in the entirety and integration of the virtual assembly.The architecture of virtual assembly platform of vehicle drive system was established from the point of view of engineering and total.The function and characteristic of the functional levels of system were analyzed.The necessity and feasibility of the integration mode using desktop VR and Immersive VR were analyzed.The virtual assembly platform was built based on the mixed-mode.A visual simulation environment was established based on the platform,and the new research methods were proposed of virtual pre-assembly of vehicle structure design and transmission system performance virtual testing.This system had been applied in experiment research,and the effect was good.
