摘要
在大批量工业生产过程中,用人工视觉检测制动主缸活塞总成是否合格,效率低并且合格率下降,然而,利用机器视觉检测方法则可以大大提高生产效率和生产的自动化程度,而且机器视觉易于实现信息集成。针对制动主缸活塞总成进行检测识别,利用自动控制技术实现待测零部件的运动控制,通过康耐视机器视觉软件进行模板图像的建立,把采集到的目标零件图像与模板图像进行实时比对。试验结果表明该方法可以对制动主缸活塞总成的漏装、错装和缺陷给予在线检测。
In large quantities of industrial production,artificial visual inspection of the brake master cylinder piston assembly is in low efficiency and low pass rate;however,machine vision inspection method can greatly improves the production efficiency and the degree of automation,and machine vision is easy to implement information integrated.According to the brake master cylinder piston assembly for detection and identification,automatic control technology can be achieved to control the motion of the DUT.By Cognex machine vision for the establishment of the template image,the target part and the template image can be compared in real-time.The test results show that the method can give online testing for drain installation of the brake master cylinder piston assembly,the wrong equipment and defects.
