摘要 彩色三维打印技术作为三维打印技术的一个重要方面,有着广阔的应用前景。通过研究VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)文件格式的特点,选择了该文件格式作为数据传输接口;通过从文件中提取模型的颜色信息,实现了对三维模型进行彩色切片;并结合实验室自行研制的三维打印系统对切片结果进行了验证,成功打印出彩色三维模型。针对切片过程中的一些关键环节,包括平行表面显示,轮廓方向修正及多零件模型(装配件)切片,进行了详细的讨论,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案。 As an important aspect of 3DP(three dimensional printing),color 3DP has wide application prospects.By studying the characteristics of VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language)file format,this format was chosen to be a new data transmitting medium.Color slicing of 3D model was successfully realized by extracting color information from VRML files.Results were tested through laboratory-designed 3D printing system,by which color 3D models were successfully printed.Several issues in color slicing process were discussed in detail,including expression of parallel surfaces,fixing of contour direction and assembly slicing,and some solutions of these issues were also presented.
