摘要
为了解决机械协同仿真中的复杂仿真数据管理问题,基于PDM产品结构提出了协同仿真数据管理的技术解决途径—性能仿真模型(PSM,Performance Simulation Model)。定义了性能仿真模型及各功能元素,通过机械产品装配结构重点研究了PSM的层次结构关系,构建了数据结构矩阵来阐述各元素间的仿真数据流转关系,搭建了PSM整体功能架构,最后将PSM应用于某船舶行星齿轮减速器协同仿真平台。结果表明:性能仿真模型实现了机械协同仿真中仿真数据管理功能,并解决了协同仿真与PDM系统的交互问题。
In order to solve the issues of complex simulation data management in mechanical collaborative simulation,Performance Simulation Model(PSM)was presented,which was based on PDM product structure.The concepts and elements of PSM were defined.Furthermore,with the study of hierarchical relationship by product structure and the illustration of simulation data stream relationship by data structure matrix,the functional framework of PSM was proposed.Finally,PSM was applied on ship planetary reducer collaborative simulation platform.The result indicates that through PSM the simulation data in mechanical collaborative simulation are managed,and the problem of interaction between collaborative simulation and PDM system is solved.
