2Cr3WMoV电火花加工表面质量的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过电火花成形加工2Cr3WMoV的实验,对不同电参数下试件的表面质量进行了研究。借助正交实验,分析了峰值电流、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔对表面粗糙度的影响程度及规律;借助金相显微镜和残余应力测试仪,对试件的表面形貌、重熔层厚度、显微裂纹的分布情况、残余应力的大小及分布情况进行了观察、测量,分析了脉冲能量对这些要素的影响规律,绘制了相应的关系曲线,并探讨了其中的原因。实验结果对生产中提高电火花加工的表面质量有较大的指导作用。 Through the experimental research on EDM of 2Cr3WMoV,the surface quality of the specimens at different types of parameter was discussed.The influence of current peak,pulse width,pulse interval on surface roughness were got by orthogonal experiment.Metallographic microscope and residual stress tester are used to get the surface topography,the thickness of re-melting layer,the size and distribution of residual stress,and the distribution of microcracks at different types of electric parameter.The influences of pulse energy on these elements are studied.The experimental results have good guidance for improving the surface quality in actual production.
