摘要
短应力线轧机轴承座的设计要求具有自位性能。但在实际生产中,某些短应力线轧机的结构缺陷造成了该轧机轴承座自位性能的缺失与降低,轴承出现频繁的损坏。对短应力线轧机轴承座自位结构进行了机构学分析,给出了轴承座一种新的自位结构,利用该结构传力的自锁性,使其在空载时具有超静定结构,在轧制时具有单自由度机构的性质,从而满足了轴承座自位性能的要求。这种轴承座自位结构可用于现有短应力线轧机的改造,且对轧机原结构的改动很小,具有较可观的社会经济效益。
Short-stress-path Rolling Mill must be provided with self-aligning performance.But in the actual production,the structure defect of some short stress path rolling mills makes the shortcoming of the self-aligning function of bearing stock.A bearing stock structure of self-aligning is analyzed,and a flexibility structure of bearing stock has been designed,and the flexibility structure is statically indeterminate in non-loaded state,and is single freedom in rolling,and the flexibility structure of bearing stock satisfies the self-aligning function of bearing stock and can be used for reconstruction of the existing short-stress-path mills,and the reconstruction cost is few and has evident economical effectiveness.
