摘要 焊接接头可分为几种标准的形式,针对同一种接头形式其尺寸参数却各不相同,实际生产中需要使用数据库对接头图进行管理。如何存取焊接接头图是设计数据库过程中的关键技术。采用传统的人工绘制方式,效率低且不便于管理接头信息。以AutoCAD为图形绘制环境,利用其提供的ObjectARX开发接口,参数化实时绘制接头图。以单V形坡口接头图为例对传统绘图方式以及ObjectARX接口技术进行比较,后者不但可提高焊接数据库管理效率,而且可更为有效的节省存储空间。 Welding joint includes several standard types.To one type joint,there are different dimension parameters.It is necessary to use the database to manage different joints in the manufacture of many products.The way of accessing standard joint drawings is the key technology in designing database system.Traditional artificial drawing mode is in low efficiency and inconvenient to manage joint information.ObjectARX based on AutoCAD was used to get welding joint drawing.Comparing the traditional drawing with ObjectARX interface technology by taking Single-V groove joint as the example,the result indicated that the latter can not only increase the welding database management efficiency,but also be more effective for saving storage space.
