摘要
基于循环对称结构有限元分析理论,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,采用基本扇区模型,对一种碟式分离机转鼓组件进行了强度分析;指出了影响该型转鼓组件强度的关键因素,解决了该型分离机转鼓组件强度应用传统弹性力学方法难以分析计算的问题。确定了转鼓组件的载荷分布,并进行了转鼓组件的受力分析,通过分析转鼓装配件和活塞两部分的强度,最终分析转鼓组件的强度;确定了转鼓组件的边界条件和零件间相互作用;最后利用第三强度理论进行了转鼓组件的强度分析。结果表明转鼓组件强度达到设计要求。
Based on the theory of surrounding cyclic symmetry structure,modeling and analysis of the drum components of KYDH209 butterfly separator are simplified.One basic sector of the drum components,instead of the whole components,is analysed in detail.3D geometric model of this basic sector is presented.Load condition and distribution is figured out.According to the mechanic condition under working,strength analysis of the drum components is divided into two parts—drum combination and piston,strength analysis of which is made to be carried out.The boundary condition and the interaction of drum components also are made clear.Furthermore,the finite element analysis of this basic sector is carried out by using ABAQUS.Strength assessment is completed with the third strength theory,which shows that the strength of the drum components meets the design requirements.
