摘要
在当今市场竞争日益激烈的局势下,企业要想保证自身的市场地位和竞争优势,产品的快速开发成为一个至关重要的因素。逆向工程技术(RE)和快速原型技术(RP)的集成可吸收先进技术及实现再设计,能大幅减少产品设计周期,降低成本,以增强企业的竞争力。在这里,提出了基于3-matic的RE/RP直接集成方法,即通过对扫描所得的点云数据导入3-matic软件,处理后形成网格化模型,再对其进行修复,最后加入新的设计。这样,RE与RP的集成与再设计在同一软件环境中完成,不仅缩短了产品设计周期,也避免多个软件间相互转换造成的误差。
In today's increasingly competitive market situation,the need for rapid product development becomes critical to maintain competitive advantage.The integration of reverse engineering(RE) and rapid prototyping(RP) can significantly shorten the product design cycle and reduce costs to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and absorb advanced technology of other firms or countries in time.A new method that can integrate RE,RP and fulfill redesign in the same software is proposed.The point cloud obtained from scan data can be processed directly in 3-matic.Then the STL file obtained from processed point cloud can be fixed and added new design,which will not only shortened the product design cycle,but also to avoid the error caused by the convert between multiple softwares.
