摘要
针对现有的几种故障模式危害性分析方法存在的评价指标不全面、模糊数据信息的客观权重难以确定、计算过程繁琐的不足,在综合考虑故障发生概率、严重程度、检测难度、维修难度等因素的基础上,提出将纠正难度纳入评价指标体系,采用熵权模糊综合评价法进行故障模式危害性分析。提出了一种新的模糊数明晰化指标,详细介绍了熵权计算模型和熵权模糊综合评价模型的计算过程,通过某型综合传动装置故障模式危害性分析实例,证明方法是合理的。
According to the limitation of several current methods of criticality analysis of failure mode including biased evaluation indicators,the difficulty to calculate object weight of fuzzy numbers information and fussy calculating process,correction difficulty was brought into the orbit of evaluation indicator system which comprehensively includes failure probability,failure serious degree,testing difficulty,maintaining difficulty,and the method of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to conduct criticality analysis of failure mode.A new indicator to clear fuzzy number was brought forward,and the calculating steps about the modes of entropy weight and entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were explained at length.The method was proved to be reasonable by the criticality analysis example of failure mode of a type of integrated transmission system.
