摘要
针对发动机喷油泵凸轮轴在工作中出现变形、断裂等可靠性低的问题,对喷油泵凸轮轴进行了受力分析,利用APDL命令对喷油泵凸轮轴进行了参数化建模,并进行了静力学、模态和疲劳等有限元分析,求出了凸轮轴的薄弱环节、振型和疲劳寿命。建立了凸轮轴和喷油泵滚轮的接触模型,并对接触进行了有限元分析,求出了接触应力。根据有限元分析的结果,从设计、制造和使用等方面提出了提高喷油泵凸轮轴可靠性的方法,为提升发动机的整机可靠性提供了参考。
To solve the low reliability problem of the fuel pump camshaft,such as deformation or crack when working,the stress condition is analyzed and the model is created by APDL(ANSYS Parametric Design Language)of fuel pump camshaft.The static structural,modal and fatigue FEM(Finite Element Method)are carried out and the weak position,vibration mode and the fatigue life are solved of fuel pump camshaft.The contact model between camshaft and roller is created and analyzed and the contact stress is solved.The reliability promoting method is put forward by the finite element analysis result from the aspects of design,manufacture and use and it is the reference to improve the whole reliability of the automobile engine.
