摘要
医用水刀是一种利用高压水射流技术对人体组织进行选择性切割,能精确地保护血管、神经,实现微创的外科手术设备,医用水刀已经被广泛应用于创伤外科手术、耳鼻喉科手术、颌面外科手术等外科手术中。对一种新型医用水刀进行了结构设计,其中包括传动系统的设计,医用泵的设计,架体和固定底板的设计,另外,为了能对手术过程中医用泵进行更换,还设计了医用泵的脱合系统;研制的医用水刀样机,具有体积小,重量轻,快速更换,无菌化等优点。
Using the technology of high-pressure water-jet,the medical water-jet is a surgical equipment which can cut the human tissue selectively,protect the blood vessels and nerves accurately and cause minor trauma,and the medical water jet has been widely used in maxillofacial surgery,trauma surgery,ENT surgery.The structural design of a new medical water-jet is introduced,including the design of the transmission system,the design of the medical pump and the design of the frame body and the fixed backplane,in addition,in order to replace the medical pump,the co-removal system is also designed.The medical water-jet prototype which is designed has some advantages such as having a small size and light weight,able to replace the medical pump quickly and to sterile easily.
