摘要
随着现代机械加工技术的快速发展,数控机床已越来越显示其优越的性能。尤其是五轴加工中心的应用,大大提高了机床的加工效率。加工中心上加工的产品质量依赖于机床本身精度及性能,因此需要保持数控机床处于良好的工作状态,尤其在加工工件之前需要检测机床的工作精度及可靠性,重点介绍了一种五轴加工中心在机检测与校验的方法,利用雷尼绍高精度的在机测量功能,通过雷尼绍在机测量标准块来检测数控机床各轴的定位精度及重复定位精度,确保机床生产运行的可靠性,保证了产品的加工尺寸精度,该方法具有较好的实用推广价值。
With the rapid development of modern machining technology,NC machine tools have shown more and more superior performance.Especially the application of five-axis machining center,greatly improves the machine tool processing efficiency.Machining production quality of machining center depends on precision and capability of machine tool.Numerical control machine tool needs to keep good working state,working precision and reliability,so it must be checked before start working.Method of verifying and online checking in five-axis machining center was introduced.High precision online measure function of Renishaw was used.Orientation and repeat orientation precision of numerical control machine tool axis was checked by standard block,which was measured by Renishaw,and which guaranteed the capability of machine tool,and assured machining size precision of production.The method owns great practicality and popularize significance.
