摘要
小型手提式玉米播种机是目前应用比较广泛的播种设备,而排种装置是其控制播种精度的重要部件。这里针对普通手提式播种机在播种时存在籽数控制装置精度不高、卡籽、空穴现象严重、操作不方便等问题,提出设计一种单籽、双籽、三籽可控的新型排种装置,有效地解决了播种过程中卡籽漏籽的现象。并利用计算机辅助设计软件完成了排种装置的结构与注塑模具设计,对排种装置进行了运动学仿真及有限元分析,优化了设计结果,提高了设计效率。
Mini-handy corn planter is wildly applied in the planting area at present,seed-metering devise of which is the key part controlling the planting accuracy.It focuses on the common handy planter,through designing of a single seed,two seed,three seed metering device controlled by a new type of the seed-metering device,to solve the problems,like low-accuracy of the seed-controlling device,seed jamming,high empty-hole ratio,and inconvenient operation.With the support of the CAD,it provides the seed-metering device structure and its injection mold design,together with the kinematics simulation and finite element analysis,which optimizes the design result and improves the efficiency of the design.
