摘要 在生产制造系统中,装配线的平衡需要针对多个目标。基于模糊优化理论,对多目标装配线平衡问题建立模糊多目标非线性规划模型,系统考虑各目标之间的联系,求得问题的整体最优解。采用隶属函数处理各目标函数,能够求解出不同性质、相互矛盾的多个目标的满意程度及系统整体的满意程度。用隶属函数处理约束,使约束能够更方便、有效的反映实际生产环境,并提升目标的优化空间。通过示例分析证明,该模型能够有效的解决多目标装配线平衡问题。 In a real manufacturing system,multi-objective assembly line balancing is necessary.Based on fuzzy optimization theory,the establishment of a fuzzy multi-objective nonlinear programming model for multi-objective assembly line balancing problem can consider the relationships between the targets comprehensively,and finally achieves the global optimal solution.By applying membership function to handle the objective functions,the satisfaction status of all conflicting objectives with different nature and of the overall system can be obtained.Similarly,the application of membership function to the constraints makes it more convenient and effective for constraints to reflect the actual production environment,and enhance the targets optimization space.Finally,a numerical example testifies that this model is effective enough to solve such problems.
