基于多元质量损失函数的增量式模型研究

摘要 科研人员在20世纪70年代提出了质量损失函数的概念,但由于它存在只是针对单一的质量特性进行研究的弊端,许多学者对其进行改进,提出了多种多元质量损失模型,虽然该种模型能够对产品的多种质量特性进行研究,但它存在不能根据顾客不断变化的需求做出及时调整的弊端。从该角度出发,对多元质量损失函数进行了改进,形成了多元质量损失函数的增量式模型,并结合例子分析了此种改进方法的可行性,通过分析发现,该改进方法是可行的,它能通过多元质量损失函数部分参数的变化对顾客的需求做出及时的响应。 In the 1970s,Taguchi put forward the concept of quality loss function,however,due to the drawback of quality loss function which only studied the single quality characteristic,many scholars improved this function,so that a variety of multivariate quality loss models were put forward,although these models can study multiple quality characteristics of products,there exists the drawback that these models cannot timely adjustment according to the changing needs of customers.From the point of view,it improves multivariate quality loss function to the incremental model of multivariate quality loss function,and then an example is analyzed to verify the feasibility of such improved method.The results of analysis show that the improved method is feasible,which can make timely response according to the needs of customers by changing some parameters of the multivariate quality loss function.
