摘要
介绍了一种利用光电传感器和STC89C52单片机快速测定风力发电系统风轮转速的方法。该测速系统的硬件主要包括单片机控制模块、传感器模块、显示模块和串口通信模块。光电传感器用于检测风轮叶片的存在与否,并输出相应的电平信号。单片机则对传感器的输出脉冲信号进行计数,然后推算出风力发电系统风轮的真实转速,并将结果输出至LCD。实验结果表明,该测速系统结构简单,成本低,测量准确,适用于尚未嵌入旋转编码器的风力发电系统。
A method to rapidly measure the spinning speed of the wind wheel for power generation system is introduced, which is based on photoelectric sensor and STC89C52 microcontroller.The hardware mainly contains the control module of microcontroller,sensor module,data display module and the serial interface eommunicational module.The photoelectric sensor is used to detect the existence of the wheel blades,and generate the corresponding level signal.The microcontroller counts the pulse signal of the output from the photoelectric sensor, and calculates the real wheel speed,which is displayed on the liquid crystal display module.The experiment results show that the measurement system has simple structure and low-cost,and can detect the spinning speed accurately.Moreover,it can be widely used in the wind power generation system without the necessity of embedding expensive rotary encoder.
