有效教学视域下高职教师素质结构及提升路径

摘要 有效教学包括两个方面的内容,即有效地组织教学和有效地促进学生的发展。阐释高职有效教学的内涵及特征基础,分析有效教学对高职教师素质结构的要求,认为优化教师的素质结构可通过培育追求有效教学的教学文化、构建以校本培训为主体的培训体系、开展有效教学评价、关注教师心理健康等路径实现。 In this paper, the author first discusses the connotation and characteristics of effective teaching in vocational schools, and then makes analysis on required quality structure of teachers for effective teaching. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions to op- timize the quality of teachers' structure by fostering teaching culture of effective teaching, building a school - based training as the main training system, evaluating effectiveness of teaching, etc.
