To enhance students＇ employment competitiveness is of vital importance for college graduate employment, and association - building plays an important role in enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness. This paper first rn~!.es a discussion on the positive roles of association - building at colleges and universities in improving students＇ employment competitiveness and problems existing in building associations, and then explores approaches to build association for enhancing students＇ employment competitiveness.
