摘要 介绍了北京京桥热电厂的燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组及其余热锅炉的热力系统。分析了该机组余热锅炉安全门整定期间低压旁路蒸汽超温的问题,并给出了试验期间的解决方案。同时,讨论了该问题在机组正常运行时存在的可能性以及相应的技改措施。 This paper introduces the gas-steam combined cycle unit in Beijing Caoqiao thermal power plant and the heating system of it's Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) , analyzes the over-temperature problem of low-pressure steam bypass during the unit HRSG safety valve setting, and gives the solution during the test. At the same time, it discussed the existence possibility of this problem during normal operation of the unit, and the corresponding improvement measure.
